Digital Downloads All digital products are delivered instantly via email upon successful payment. No physical shipping is involved. Check your inbox (and spam folder) immediately after purchase. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, contact us via the Order & Support page.
USB Installer Packs (Australia Only) Physical USB packs are available to Australian customers only. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days via Australia Post. Delivery times vary by location:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Alphabimmer Group is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or customs.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs for USB packs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your USB pack arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us within 14 days of your order date and we will investigate with Australia Post.
