Due to the nature of digital software products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered. We do not offer refunds after a download has been accessed or delivered.

Eligibility for Refund We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • Exceptions: The download link is broken or non-functional and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours
  • 14-day withdrawal window — Not applicable - Digitally license product
  • Return-after-notice timing — Not applicable - Digitally license product
  • Refund timing — Not applicable - Digitally license product
  • Return shipping responsibility — Not applicable - Digitally license product
  • Standard outbound shipping refund — Not applicable - Digitally license product 
  • Exemptions — Digital downloads are exempt from Returns or Refunds like ISTA+ and our Enthusiast Package.
