Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital software products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered. We do not offer refunds after a download has been accessed or delivered.
Eligibility for Refund We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
- The download link is broken or non-functional and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours
- The product delivered is materially different from what was described
- A duplicate order was placed in error and the download has not been accessed
No Refunds For
- Change of mind after download delivery
- Incompatibility with your hardware or Windows version (please check system requirements before purchasing)
- Inability to follow installation instructions (free support is available — contact us first)
- Purchases where the download has been accessed

USB Packs (AU Only) Physical USB packs may be returned within 14 days if the item arrives damaged or faulty. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.
